This store sells one product: a digital ebook delivered as a downloadable file. Because nothing is shipped, there is nothing to return physically.

1. Digital goods

The ebook is delivered instantly by download link after successful payment. Once the file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, because a digital copy cannot be handed back.

2. No physical shipment

No printed book, disc or physical item is dispatched. There are no shipping charges, courier returns, pickups or return addresses associated with this purchase.

3. If something went wrong

If your download link did not arrive, the file is corrupt, you were charged more than once, or you received the wrong file, we will fix it or refund you. Those situations are covered by the Refund Policy.

How to request a refund

Processing
